Hello I'm a first time bronco owner.... or truck or 4x4 for that manner..... and looking for some new friends i can share my new found sickness with. My brother always told me i shouldn't go wheelin' with him.... "mud's like crack" he would say, well he was right and now i have 5000 pounds of ford in the driveway.... oh well gas can't get a whole lot more expensive.

Wow I like this place already... I was on a probe/mx6 forum and after 6 weeks the only response I got on my intro thread was "where the hell is Fredericksburg".:toothless

Welcome to FSB ~ :thumbup
This is actually a game preserve for Bronco's, every now and again we let them out on their own to roam free and graze ~ lol lol :chili:

Hey bigfoot, is there anywhere near you to wheel? All of the "local" spots are generally private property around here and I'm not trying to get nailed for trespassing:cry and you only like 45 minutes away from me.

Unfortunately no, there really is no place to go off roading around here. I know some guys that go down to a place we call the power lines. It is owned by Pepco (Mirant) and is private property, and I refuse to go with them. If they had a letter or something official granting them permission, fine but they don't. I keep yelling at them saying they are the reason everybody keeps cracking down on off-road vehicles but they won't listen.
Sure would like to find a public trail though. I hear there's one up near Annapolis, but I haven't researched it yet.

Yeah I'm running into the same thing here. Everyone goes down the CSX service "roads" it's clearly posted no trespassing and I'm not trying to get hemmed up on that kinda stuff. In their defense though they are some pretty bad ass trails.Come to think of it I would love to see a CSX train truck go back there.
