I just found this link on a *cough*Jeep*cough site I joined.

Looks like not too bad a place for maybe a day run. Might have to check it out when I get my mud tires and lift done. :rockon

That's only about 20 mins. from my ol mans house (also where I've been house looking).
Sounds realy cool....
broncofire75 01-08-2009, 12:05 AM BUMP! We were there Sunday. Its an awesome place to wheel. I 78ish f150 on 38s did really good on alot of stuff. Theres stuff there that he did no prob and stuff even the Yota guy couldnt do on 44s, Rocks, and rear steer LOL. It was sloppy but we were in a 00 Taco rear locked on 35s and had a great time. Im definately taking the Heep there soon.
Theres a main trail to most of the obstacles and its basically a dirt trail to the obstacles. Its really good. Only $10 bucks a person and if you get stuck theyll get you out.
The owner Bob has an awesome buggy on 42s and its a BMW LOL...kinda
broncofire75 01-08-2009, 12:06 AM And its about 1 1/2 hour from my house in NW GA. and about 30 mins from Cedar Bluff, AL
Im definately taking the Heep there soon.
Let us know when. Me and Dale have been talking about riding out there.
broncofire75 01-08-2009, 01:17 AM K well theyre open the 1st and 3rd weekend of every month but I wanna go soon. maybe once I get the front locker and gears in. Beat it up before the long arms LOL...
Steve83 01-08-2009, 01:33 AM The map & directions on that site suck. :madder I can usually find places to add to my Google Earth list (http://fullsizebronco.com/forum/showthread.php?t=106281), but not that one. :shrug When I follow the directions, the area I end up at doesn't look anything like their trail map. :scratchhe Can someone who's been there give me a placemark?
broncofire75 01-08-2009, 10:00 AM It will take you to at least the same road. Just keep going another 1 mile or so from there. Tom Tom said we reached our destination and we were at a trailer LOL.
Lifted Fords 01-08-2009, 12:44 PM That place looks fun! I hope I get a job soon so I can get over there soon but its about 41/2hours for me.
AUBronco 01-08-2009, 01:40 PM I'm in whenever you guys want to go let me know.
Steve83 01-08-2009, 01:51 PM Tom Tom said...So will TomTom routes/tracks/waypoints/whatever overlay into Google Earth? Do you have GE? Can you find the trailhead & post its location for me?
AUBronco 01-08-2009, 02:04 PM Hey Chase if yall saved the location in the Tom Tom then it should have saved the Lat and Long. and you can put that into google earth to get an exact point. Thats what I did when we went to River Rock

I know what he's talking about. Chase dont worry it's coming soon. Working 10 hour shifts and no place to work on it is not helping me at all. :doh0715: Gonna try and get it on it this weekend.
Lifted Fords 01-09-2009, 01:31 AM It just came out of nowhere and I was like WTF is he talking about. I went back and reread all of the post to make sure I didn't miss it.
RescueBronc 01-09-2009, 01:34 AM Someone got a NICE bumper off of someone else's truck. He's just asking why it isn't on yet...
Can you guys give me a month or so to get some work finished on my truck? I'd like to go but I've got a solid week worth of welding before I can come...
RescueBronc 01-09-2009, 01:35 AM ahhhh double post... sorry
texashcane 01-09-2009, 02:17 AM I punched the address in my GPS and it led me there, although I did go down a dirt road to find it.

Traveler 01-09-2009, 11:36 AM With a little warning Audra and I would go. It is about 4.5 hours for us, but you guys are worth it.
