Cedar's a pretty nice place really... I used to live there when I was a little kid. I'd be just 30-45 minutes south of ya in St. George which is more of a desert climate (couple thousand foot elevation difference).

What other places have ya looked at?

enterprise is a really small town, might be a problem for work. I live in st george right now, there is definantly sand a rocks to wheel on close by.

I live in Bountiful, near SLC. Not familiar with southern Utah but I know there are plenty of places to wheel there. There are quite a few trails in Northern Utah also. You may want to check on utah4x4club.com. If you pay for a membership there are a bunch of trail maps there too. I am leslord on there too.
