This story is pretty embarassing but I'm gonna swallow my pride and try to give you all a good laugh. A couple weekends ago I was at my camp in Maine where I keep my bronco. I was planning on doing some snowboarding with some of the guys from school. None of them could go, they all had mandatory XD's they had to work off. So I'm at the place and my parents decide to show up to use it for the weekend. Now, mind you we have gotten a total of probably 8 feet of snow there so far but it has settled down to 3 feet of crust and 4 inches of ice at the bottom. Sure as the sun rises every morning me and mom start arguing about somthing stupid. I get pissed and decide to go beat the tar out of my bronco (bronc loves it and it helps me blow off steam) I get out there, fire her up, and start headin down the driveway. I come across Dad's 2002 F-150 stocker in the middle of the plowed driveway. What the hell, I got 33" mudders and a few inches of lift, whats 3' of snow? Due to drifts, I couldnt tell where the driveway ended and dropped 2 feet off the side, and I sure as hell wasnt thinkin about that, I was still pissed at mom. I put her in 4x4 and try to go around the 150. You guessed it, soon as i did that I slid right off the side embankment and sunk to the bottom where the sheet of ice is. Due to lack of locker, both right tires sat there spinning away on the ice while my frame sat on the crusty snow and the left tires sitting on perfect traction. If I had enough 240v extension cord I would have welded the rear end right there,i was heated. So I suck it up and go inside to get the keys from dad. I am met by mom, and let me tell you, if any of you read Crushnchevys demonic squirrel story then picture the squirrel in the form a 5'3" 110lb mother of teens. I weasled my way by her, grabbed dads keys, and backed the 150 up to yank out the bronc. I gave her a couple good tugs and on the 3rd she snapped out, rolled across the driveway, and slid off the embankment on the other side. Now I was Irate. :banghead This time the left tires were spinnin away, but she was also high centered on one of the piles made by the plow a month ago, a solid block of ice now. I dug, chipped ice, pulled, kicked, and swore for a couple hours. Every time I looked up I saw my father and little brother looking out the window at me. About three hours later my dad comes out and says, "next time you want to use my truck you better ask!" then goes on to say "what the hell are you doing anyway, your going to rip out my rear end!" I lost it right there, usually I try to be respectful when I talk to my parents but I lost it this time. "Dad the tow rope is on the f'ing trailer hitch, how the PHUCK do you think its gonna rip out your gad damm rear end! You sure seemed pretty entertained watching me for the last 3 hours from the nice warm house!" :twak He then pushed me out of the way, unhooked the rope from his truck and tries to back out around my truck to go into town. Well, there was plenty of room as my truck was completely off of the driveway at this point (it fell further down the embankment from my pulling) He back off the other side in an effort to go around and does what?? Gets stuck... right where I had the first time. He goes back into the house and grabs a plastic snow shovel. :wacko I watched his pitiful attempt for 15 minutes then said screw this and packed my stuff to go back to school. I got my car all loaded (91 Grand Marquis) and started her up. Oh yeah, cant leave, Dad's truck is STILL in the way like before with the bronco except now its stuck. I took my tow rope out, hooked it to his front tow hook, tied it around my marquis' left frame rail and gave her hell, yanked it out on the third pull :goodfinge . I got back in my car and left as he pulled out to go into town. The next weekend I came back, started the bronco, and drove out no problem... go figure? As for the parents, its only gotten worse since then :boxing
