What exactly are you doing with your cookie settings other than deleting the old cookie files once in a while? :shrug

Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings > Check for new versions = NEVER. :cheers:

mine used to do that too but it doesn't anymore. I didn't do anything on this end.
