well there are 2 actually. ok my brake light is on. it was on before i did the F350 upgrade. its still on now. i think its a short. then the alternator light is on too. its been on for a while. i took it to two places that checked the system. battery fine, alternator fine. i got a new voltage regulator. lights still on. i got a second one just in case that first one is bad. i have a new 100A alternator that i have to install still, but the other one is fine. the truck starts and runs every day. i have two batteries now. they are both fine and the voltage is good. my blinkers also stopped working, but the flashers still work. when i replace the blinker fuse, it pops as soon as i hit the lever. thats a short i havent been able to find. any thoughts on the brake or alternator lights? hey, the light from the brakes went out. heres what i did. i got in, started it up and BAM! its not on. either i burned out the bulb or my new found fondness for the gas pedal and the resulting hard braking has jolted something loose, but thats my tech tip for the day. oh, but the alt light is on still.
