I just installed 4 inch superflex coils with some 5150's and the ride is amazing. BUT, the back end still has the tuff country ad-a-leaf. In the future when I'm rich I'd like to get the deaver's 4inch leaf pack. Till then how can I make my ride nicer (not rock solid) in the back end?
I was thinking of ditching the ad-a-leaf and going with a 4 inch block. I know blocks are frowned on but the original leafs rode pretty damn smooth.
Is there a cheaper 4 inch leaf pack that has a smooth ride?

Why not just do an aftermarket shackle flip with the stock springs? Those Deaver/Superflex leafs sure do ride nice though.

I did the flip on my 78. It gave me 5" initially, now has settled to around 4.5". I even managed to do it with the gas tank in place.
If you are using the stock bumper, be prepared to do some trimming on the aftermarket shackle brackets.
Grind the rivet heads off, drill thru them, and then they will pop right out with a hammer and punch.:beer

It says 4 inches but compared to my 4 inch superflex up front there is a 3 inch difference front to back. My head lights are pointing at the sky.

Ruff stuff or sky manufacturing. Ruff stuff wasn't out when I bought the sky piece, but I hear it's good.

Will the aftermarket hangers move your axle centerline forward?
