I have heard that Quebec is very close to making it illegal to modify vehicles, right down to keeping the tire size as it came from the factory, It is suppose to be to make the roads safer(cut down on the fast and furious), and if they do Ontario will be right behind, I just was wondering what you guys have heard, any body with info please post, it will be better to try to stop this then try to change it once it is done. :lowblow

From what I understand Quebec is already very strict about vehicle modifications. This is all I was able to find in the Quebec Highway Safety Code. It's not much so I wonder how they are able to declare modifications illegal.
