Well that just about sucks, what happened? Or should I mind my own business? gators0204 03-08-2004, 05:17 PM I was pretty much set-up by my manager to make it look like time clock fraud. For what reason, not really sure. Best guess, to increase his budget and recieve a larger bonus at years end. It's OK cause I was looking to get out of that company anyway, just didnt want to be fired, was never fired in my life. What goes around comes around, hopefullu I will see him in a bar one night. bnkrtstk 03-08-2004, 05:23 PM He'll get his, the place I work is hiring, have any automotive experience? gators0204 03-08-2004, 05:28 PM no, I have a criminal justice/police administration background. drexelsteve 03-08-2004, 05:57 PM so u got fired huh, that kinda sucks. i guess now u can go on unemployment :shrug let me know if u guys wanna go down there next weekend :thumbup jackhart 03-08-2004, 10:01 PM dave, sorry to hear that. especially when your manager is such an a$$hole. i really hope to hear you tell me how you landed a new and better job; sometimes things work out that way, you just gotta weather the crap and it works out... Kallure 03-08-2004, 10:56 PM no, I have a criminal justice/police administration background. that means he has handcuffs!!! :rockon :histerica :histerica Kidding - on a serious note, that sucks Dave. Hope everything works out for you. Steve forgot to mention that I drove the truck some this weekend. Not enough to run with you big boys yet, but enough to get a feel for things!! Sometime soon I'll step up from the passenger seat. Of course, then that means Steve would be responsible for all the movie and picture taking. Accessory Man 03-09-2004, 11:46 AM Sorry to hear that Dave, Hope the bastard Doesn't try to fight your unemployment. And By the way I carry Handcuffs in my center console, and I have no law enforcement background :thumbup And isnt it bad enough I have to look out for wimmen drivers on the road, now I got to beware of them off road too!!! :twak Seroiusly Steve, your a etter man then I, I get Nervous when my mechanic drives my bronco in to the service bay for inspection, I don't think I could let anyone drive it on the trail. bnkrtstk 03-09-2004, 11:59 AM And isnt it bad enough I have to look out for wimmen drivers on the road, now I got to beware of them off road too!!! :twak Seroiusly Steve, your a etter man then I, I get Nervous when my mechanic drives my bronco in to the service bay for inspection, I don't think I could let anyone drive it on the trail. Is that why you don't drive it on the trail either? :goodfinge Kallure 03-09-2004, 12:35 PM Is that why you don't drive it on the trail either? :goodfinge :histerica :histerica :histerica :histerica I would think you would be okay with them driving off road - at least they're going slower. I don't think I'll make a habit of driving it. It's still something to get used to and I would feel horrible if something broke while I was driving it or because I was driving it. I can't move the seat back either which means it makes it harder to use the pedals 'cause my legs are too long. :toothless But I did have fun and nothing broke, so I'm happy about that! bnkrtstk 03-09-2004, 01:16 PM Tracy drove mine a little bit in the Pines , but she feels the same way as you Kristy. I don't know why, it's not like I baby my truck. Personally I think it's kinda cool and I know she would like it. Besides, I've never been a passenger on a wheeling trip. Kallure 03-09-2004, 02:05 PM Tracy drove mine a little bit in the Pines , but she feels the same way as you Kristy. I don't know why, it's not like I baby my truck. Personally I think it's kinda cool and I know she would like it. Besides, I've never been a passenger on a wheeling trip. It's not that Steve babies the truck. It's just that I see how much time, effort and money he puts into it and I would hate for him to have to put more of that into it because of something I broke. I feel bad when something goes wrong but at least then, it's not my own fault. If I had a smaller vehicle and one that belonged to me, I think it'd be a little different though. bnkrtstk 03-09-2004, 02:58 PM It's not that Steve babies the truck. Well duh! Leonard 03-10-2004, 10:07 PM hell kristy if you drove steve would only be upset cause your NOT knocking the trees over. sucks about the job dave sucks being fired even when your looking to get out its nice to leave on ones own terms. gators0204 03-10-2004, 11:15 PM thanks for the support guys.
