I live in Three Oaks, MI. I'm about 1 hour away from Grand Rapids, MI. And about 1 and half hours away from Chicago. Any help is much appreciated. :thumbup

Im not in your area, but start looking for groups in your area that off road. Try hitting some "kiddie trails" to start to get a little wheeling experience. Progress to more dificult trails as you feel ready. Dont put your truck into places you dont feel confident about, dont listen to the others yelling "Come on, you can make it", its a sure way of getting stuck getting started.

Like meet out somewhere to wheel there is alot of places to wheel in Michigan in April 1st Silver Lake opens up i may go there the 1st weekend, Maybe you can get alot to go with you just by posting a post saying Silver Lake run all welcome, Just put down the date your going then people will post and say i will be there!

I want to be apart of something to do on the weekends. And To be able find some people to go wheeling with. I'm not new to wheeling(look at my website.) But after I got rid of my Jeep, people quit coming around. Then when I decked out my van then people who got into the euro thing started to come around. Now since I have my Bronco, I wanna go play off the road. But I don't know too many place's that I can do it with out getting in trouble for it. So I wanna be able to go and trail with people.
I went to Silver Lake 2 years ago. But I will do what you suggest. But I'm still interested to know if there's any Clubs by the Indiana,Michigan,Chicago, area? :shrug

I will be making a full size club soon here in Michigan anything that has 33's and above is in. there are like 20 places in Michigan to go off roading that let ORV trail. all you have to do is goto search type in Michigan ORV or Michigan ORV DNR. you'll see more on trails in Michigan.

Just curious what all the Jesus stuff is on their "4 wheelin site"? I'm not being disrespectful, but thats not the first thing someone would assume they'd run into while opening up a 4 wheelin webpage.....just thought it was funny.

LOL. They are a Christian group...BUT they do NOT push it on people. And I'd like to correct myself..I belive it's Three Rivers is where they live LOL...almost then same area...they have some land in Stevensville, just south of Benton Harbour.

Still up in the air about the name and all but it will only deal with full size rigs not so much a Jeeper site Just a full size thing.

it will put up well far as this 4 area's in Michigan like

North , East , South and West area's with just 4 CEO's and 1 Webmaster Head of Control of site and Club.

The Ceo's will run there area and get club meetings and trail runs going.

And the web club master will most do all the work on site and over look the Club needs.

Here is the big pay off on this club, Club fee's will help buy property for a all in one middle of the state area from Off Roading. Where in time there Family will enjoy it time to come and pass it down.

All club Member's who buy in will get to use Property for free as a member

All Non-Members will pay fee to get in that fee will go for upgrades for property

in a long run all the Club Members will have a good time and have free access to a great Property area.
