Hey yall,
from southern cali here...
some friends and i are headin out to moab to go rock climbing and I was wonderin if yall knew any real easy fullsize trails out there that ended up in near somethin beautiful...ie waterfalls or somethin like that...a water hole would be optimal, we will be out there for a week leaving here on tuesday night...its not a 4 wheelin trip and we will be in a big dodge...once i get the bronco locked and loaded ill be lookin for somethin serious out there, but this guys ride probably cant handle anything serious...so it looks like its gona be a mello trip...besides the killer rocks out there :rockon ....
any and all help would be welcome...thanks guys
mark

Water in Moab! :histerica I don't think so. A good trail for a stocker would be Fins n' Things. Hells Revenge can be done in a stocker too.

Drive up to Pritchett Arch. You get a cool little hike to the arch, and as a bonus can continue up the road and check out the RockPile at the top of Pritchett Canyon; just don't start dropping down the other side! lol

i was up there a few weeks ago in my stock bronco...the pic in my avatar shows some of the scenery. I took white rim road (in canyonlands) down the canyon and i turned up towards the state park. Took about 2 hours or so...but when i hit pavement i saw a bunch of mtn. climbers and such along side the road. Looked like a popular spot. There are some petroglyphs and such as well. Look at a map and you may see the area I talking about. Good luck.

Try the southern end of Lockhart basin, you can do it in a saturn. Nice views of the Colorado River.

Here's a few. Behind the Rocks, Moab Rim, Pritchett Canyon and make sure you try Upper Helldorado. JUST KIDDING. Or if you want a good one with water and yes there's water in Moab, try Kanes Creek. You cross the river something like 60 times. You can do it with a stock truck until the end where you could run into a couple hard spots.
