jermil01 04-25-2003, 04:03 PM If anybody in Florida, Georgia or near by wants to send me some info as far as suggestions, like places we could meet up and go wheeling, I would be happy to put something together. If we could get a group of 5 or 6 that would be great. Post a message here or drop me a PM what months are good or bad for you, we could do Ocala or anything as far as I'm concerned, I just want to go wheelin!!! :D :D :D
80bronco 04-25-2003, 06:49 PM we should try to plan a trip for all the east coasters and anyone else that wants to drive to north carolina and go to tellico so what do you think about next spring or fall 2004
my vote is for spring 2004 sometime in like april
GearHead 04-25-2003, 08:45 PM i'm into going just about anywere, just gotta get the bronco running. wife has me redoing the entire house. thats kinda taking up all my time and depleating the bronco fund. damn tile floor cost me more than the 10.25 rear and a d60 front end.
80bronco 04-26-2003, 12:10 AM Yeeah right now the bronco is going through its build getting a 1972 351w with performer cam and intake holley four barrel and then its getting a 4/6in lift and regeared with 4.11 and locked inthe rear and a fresh true trac up front then I will be ready to wheel.
I know whats up with the 4/6 inlift havnt decided if I am going 4 or 6 want 6 but tow a trailer and I am not sure it will the safest bet
GearHead 04-26-2003, 12:40 AM 80bronco, from my own experiance, go bigger than smaller. i bought my 4" thinking the same thing. wish it was an 8" maybe one day when i do an sas i'll get the lift i want.

You can always tow a trailer with your lift as long as you get a drop down hitch ball, it will keep the trailer level and the truck would still be lifted.

80bronco 04-26-2003, 04:29 PM thanks for your opinon I am starting to think I will be ok with the 6 in I just am worried alittle want to get it right the first time since I have to tow the travel trailer to all wheeling events

GearHead 05-01-2003, 08:09 PM my parts came in to finish my exhaust system, so hopefully i can get it on this weekend. just have to have a shop weld in the nut into my header for my o2 sensor. then gonna take it to a shop here in town and have them hook it up to their computer. i cant get it to read running codes, last time it did this the puter was fryed. hopefull my tranny will work right if i replace the puter, if that is indeed it. got my cb installed too, just need the antenna. mostly little stuff, but i cant seem to find the time.
jermil01 05-02-2003, 09:25 AM I hear ya man, there never is enough time..I had to hitch a ride to work so I could leave my truck with a buddy who is going to replace my exhaust manifolds today..Heading out to Hanna park here in Jax to do some camping. Just shout at me whenever you get everything squared away, I'm not going anywhere.
GearHead 05-02-2003, 07:20 PM i hear ya dude. just moved again, redoing the house. every nite i come home, i'm painting, yardwork, or working on the floor. i'm tileing the house myself. the house is taking a lot of my time. but gonna try to get some stuff done to the truck this weekend.
