Elk Chorizo sounds bitchin', especially with some eggs. Its always good to know a hunter, by buddy hooked me up with a bunch of elk meat last year. I think I just barely finished what I had.

I had an Antelope turned into chorizo this year and it was gone in a few weeks. Man is that good.

You say some other sucker has a POS bronco like mine:) No wasn't me I had bad allergies this weekend and ended up on the couch. Need to get together for another meet n greet. Also wheeling season is here again :chili: I did a trail in Moab in Febuary but my March trip got bagged.
