Just a heads up about the Fab Fords show at Knotts Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA and the pre-show gathering on the 17th of April at Angelo's Burgers off of St College and Santa Ana St. in Anaheim. The show on Sunday lasts all day and our own Tom Pettibone (LocoPony) is a partisipant.

In case you don't know Fab Fords is the largest all-ford (and ford make) show on the west coast. Everything made by ford at one time or another will be there. This includes everything from model-ts to Lightnings and from Sunbeams to Merkurs will be there. I was there last year and can tell you I had a blast.

Now if you can't make it for the show but have your Saturday-night free then come down to Angelo's burgers between 5-10 in the evening. Angelo's is the pre-show meeting place for most of the local car clubs, so there will be pleanty of cool cars and trucks to look at. An added bonus is Angelo's has some of the best burgers and hottest car-hops (well used to be but they are still on skates) around. So if your Girlfriend catches you drooling just blame it on that avocado bacon cheese chili burger at the other table.

How does the fabulous fords show work. Its at Knotts but do you have to buy a ticket to get into knotts to look at the cars or is it open to the public.. Im pretty broke so if i do show up i wanna be able to afford to get back home... Thanks for any info..

It is FREE :rockon if you're just wandering around looking at cars... that doesn't get you into Knotts, but I think you can get into Knotts at a lower rate if you're coming from the car show. The car show is actually out in the parking lot, not inside the park...

I may not make angelos due to my Bronco getting detailed that evening(gotta love those B-Day gifts that are given early). If it gets done early I may swing by, but its not looking good right now.

I just got my Bronco a few months back and haven't done a thing with it yet. Is this show just for greating looking Broncos, or can "soon to go under the knife" Broncos also come? I'm actually taking mine in on Tuesday to get a console, roll cage and a soft top installed. Would love to come down and see what other great things a girl can do with her Bronco. ;)

Definitely don't want to enter the show!! I just want to get some ideas so I can beef up my Bronco. I'll probably have a better chance of making it to Angelos then Knotts. Hope to meet some of you there!

I'm pretty sure I won't make it since it's raining and my window is stuck down. Happened yesterday I guess...Woke up to find the truck full of water. This is like the 3rd or 4th time that the motor broke in the last year or so. Anybody else have problems like this?

It was awsome, Tom's rig was next to a 2wd converted Bronco. Dont know why you'd convert it to 2wd, but anyways.... it was for the most part early bronco's. I'd post pictures but the camera I used wasn't mine and its a high resolution camera, each picture was like 1 MB in size so I cant even post it. When I get home I'll try to resize it. As soon as I went to take a shot of Tom's rig, the battery died. sorry. :shrug

Boggers..naw...its gonna be a driver too. cant hang with boggers on a daily basis. weekends are another story.

Not bored with FTW. Just like to view other sites and this one is tailored for Broncos. I've been working pretty hard on that Bronco. Fixed a few things such as a cracked manifold, leaking valve cover gasket and rough idle. I still need to replace the U joints and I'm upgrading the sound system.

I'm still very active on my F-150. I've taken it to some shows this year and won a few trophies. I also made it into a online magazine.
