hey guys, sorry to invade the southwest chapter, but i just bought a house in chandler arizona and, seeing as i can't move out there for a while, i am looking to rent it out. it's a 4 bedroom ranch house built just last year, top of the line everything, including granite kitchen and stainless appliances. if you know of anyone who is interested, i would love to talk to them, especially if they are an fsb member or referred by an fsb member. i will pay $500 to anyone who refers me someone who takes it for a one year term, or give you a $500 credit towards your first month's rent on a one year term.

i would have posted this in one of the other sections, but thought only someone from this chapter would be interested or know someone local who might.
