Looking for input on Customer service. any good or bad experiences? They got some decent tire prices I guess and shipping isn't that bad plus no sales tax for me.
I'm not in a huge hurry, but would like info by the end of the summer. thanks.

I have delt with there local store here in phx a couple times and seem to get a differnt experence every time, sometimes there dicks and others there fine. I think there prices have come down however they used to be one of the highest in town. they are usally my last resort if i cant find something, mainly cause there are better shops here

I always wondered the same thing. Their tire prices seem to be pretty low!

Well they are too far for me to run over and check out....besides, Id end up paying sales tax then.
I was hoping to hear from someone that had used them through the mags...Don't get me wrong Dustin..I appreciate the info.

I agree with Dustin, I've had both good and bad expereiences with them..But I've only dealt with them over the phone or the internet, never in person. I received everything I ordered, but on one or two occasions the guy I spoke with on the phone acted like hejust didn't have the time and I was going make a pretty significant purchase. They're probably no better or worse than anyone else, so if the price is right I'd go for it.

I've ordered over the phone from them twice, and both times I got a real nice guy. I think one order was for some lights and was less than 100 total, but he still treated me like a valued customer. The other time was about some winch parts also small value stuff, but I was treated real well. Shpping from their shop to San Antonio was always 10 bucks. Overall I had pretty good experiences.

A couple of years ago I ended up getting my 4" Superlift lift and Rancho shocks and extended brake lines from them. I ordered the stuff over the phone and do not recall them being rude. Everything I ordered was shipped with no problems. At the time, they had the best prices on the lift and shocks.
As I look at prices of tires now, I don't seem to be able to beat the prices at Sam's.
Find the tire you want on their website; special order however many you want; tell it what store you are going to pick them up at; get contacted by Sam's when they arrive; go to Sam's to pick them up and then pay for them. You do not have to pay for them in advance.
