The Other club here in town put on a gathering, 75 truck turned out and 170+ people came out for it. only 2 BIG broncos though. A 78 Bronco on 44s D60 rear, D44 with 8 lug convesion but open front and rear. And of course my bronco. about 5 or 6 Early broncos showed up, Mostly Jeeps though, and a few other kinds of rigs.

Notice the Picture of "THE FREAK" as seen on the POR board. This Truck is awsome pictures don't do the workmanship justice.

Trail Run I went on for the second day. I offered to run with the newbies cause of my starter issues and to help out where I could. Turns out only 2 people that signed up actually showed up for the run. The other 3 of us where trail bosses for the run.

Headed out with 5 Rigs, 2 jeeps, Explorer, Bronco, slightly modified Toyota, and a stock Dokota. Everyone made it to the Glacier fine with no problems. Well actually I was the only one to actually get to the glacier.. Word of caution. Dropping off a 3' ledge into water that your not sure of the depth is not a good thing. After I stopped falling I was in the water with about 2-3' of water over my hood at a 80 Degree angle.I dropped in and the water rushed over the hood. Pushing me down probably 5-10 feet as I struggled to get across. No one else tried to go over.

Course I had to go back over. But I think I picked an even deeper and even faster spot. Coming back across I picked a new spot to cross. This seemed to be a bad spot also. In the middle of the river The water was about ready to come in the windows, and pushing me down stream to the lake that was in front of the glacier at rather fast rate. Even though I was pointed upstream I wasn't moving in either direction with my passanger about to shit his pants cause we wasn't moving:) Finally after struggle there the tires finally got traction and I drove through.

Then I had to get up to where the rest of the group was, so I drove up the path they said not to. Didn't spin any tire but sure felt like my front tires where not in contact with the ground and that I was about to go over backwards. They all told me I didn't but damn that was a sick feelin.

Was a great day all in all though. We had a WARN rep with us on the run so just maybe a Picture of me floating down the river will show up in a Warn Catalog some day:) I took out a hub on the run and clearenced my tire a few time going over bumps at about 40 MPH.,

Finally Last Frontier Reps. at the End of the Kink Run.

Over all the run to Kink was a pretty good one.

Headed out with 5 Rigs, 2 jeeps, Explorer, Bronco, slightly modified Toyota, and a stock Dokota. Everyone made it to the Glacier fine with no problems. Well actually I was the only one to actually get to the glacier.. Word of caution. Don't drop off a ledge into that river unless you know how deep it is. I dropped in and the water rushed over the hood. Pushing me down probably 5-10 feet as I struggled to get across. No one else tried to go over. course I had to go back over. But I think I picked an even deeper and even faster spot. I headed up stream in the river. Figuring it wouldn't push me down stream as fast WRONG! Thats an interesting feeling being pushed down stream with water trying to go over your hood. That was all the excitment I needed for the day.

Ya that truck is beyond words as far as workmanship.

He spent most of the weekend towing rigs from the feild where we where at. Turns out soft ground, rain and 75+ trucks really rips the shit outta stuff:) I had to pull a buddy out too.. Man that sucked.
