I am sorry everyone for the down time, this was out of our control and out of our hosts control, this was due to a fire at the datacenter where our server is located, no harm to our server at all, just losso f power, again I'm sorry, these things happen, here is the official...

NAC experienced a small fire within their building that was contained by the fire dept.

Nearly all servers are now back online after the power has been restored and the all clear given by the fire dept.

The statement from NAC :

We are still gathering information, but it appears there was a small fire in the 3rd floor DSR room, which resulted in a loss of power. Our FM-200 fire suppressant worked as planned and immediately kicked in. The entire building has been evacuated at this time and the fire department is onsite.

We are very fortunate that no one was inside the DSR room during this event.

UPDATE: As of 11:39am EDT, power to our core networking gear (gbr1.oct.nac.net and msfc1.oct.nac.net) has been restored. Customers in our site A collocation should now have normal network reach ability to their servers. Our technicians are working on restoring power to atm1.oct.nac.net and cust3.oct.nac.net now.

Ya bad timing man! I just got pics last night and was going to wait till work to post them(no right click action on these Internet computers) but of course it was down then up as soon as I get back from work!!
SO gotta wait till tommorrow to do a formal introduction after 9 months!!

just checking the status of our server this morning and they still seem to be having some minor problems so expect some possible problems with connectivity today but I think its about ironed out, thanks for every ones patience
