That was the very first flex shot. That wasnt the limit to the flex, I was limited by the rear tire rubbing against the fender, and the front shocks being way to short.

I just got back from completing a 3+ trail and got some carnage.
Bent my tie rod, toasted output shaft on the t-case, and a few body dents.
Almost rolled this time for real. My rear right tire slipped off a ledge on the waterfall section of Rattlesnake, my passenger side was 12 inches from touching down, if it wasnt for quick thinking from Justin and a tow strap we would have rolled for sure. It was a cool feeling (Feeling the suspension see-saw and bounce you sloooooowly back and forth deciding to roll or not.
I guess you would have had to be there. The front left side went up, then as it peaked it slowed down, paused while it was at 12:00, then stopped slowly.
We got some pictures, but they havent developed yet and they were taken at AROUND MIDNIGHT SO WHO KNOWS HOW THEY TURNED OUT.

I suspected that this was the story I'd hear... and it may very well be that your brother nominated you, and then in his excitment decided to register 2 other names to vote for you. It's not that hard to believe... BUT, this is the internet and honestly for all we know you could be the same guy with a crazy story of BS. You could even be a twisted cross dresser sitting in the basement of some crackhouse, stealing pics of somebody else's Bronco. I'm not saying you are, or even that I think you are... but when situations like this come up the RULES need to be followed accordingly becouse we just can't tell. :shrug

Well here's my opinion. I vote for the toughest truck. I want to see the winners compete in top truck challenge. I know some people will be offneded, but this is what I see and what I like. It's

1. Bigbad94bronco.... I like your lift. Some more aggressive tires would pay off in a mud pit. The body is way too shiney. I wonder if you even take it off road. Show me some pic on an extreme rock climb and a pic with it mud covered and you'll get my vote for sure.

2. Crawler... I like the older body style. You still have stock axles and mostly stock "looking" suspension. I like the roll cage and bumpers. Wow what a dash! It's a shame you got kicked out.You would have gotten my vote.

3. Stangmata50... Umm is that truck 4wd? I see you finally did pull the running boards off.

4. Ogechee4x4... Nice tires, do you have any problems with them rubbing? If i remember I've seen some much better pics of your truck before.

5. 94 Chrickentaco... You pics didn't work when I wrote this. Your avatar shows you actually wheel your truck, although you need to do som mods for better flex.

6. Beerman.... I like your truck best so far. You have done some work to it and take it out on the trails. You lost my vote by giving us the bird in your pic.

7. Badkarma88... Are those steet tires on your truck? At least you have the most offroad pictures I've seen yet.

8-10? Put up some pics. If you don't want to win we won't vote for ya. I'd like to see someone with 36+ tires beating the snot out of their truck on some real trails. Grassy fields don't count.

This is my 19" Flex-A-Lite stainless steel fan with 2" spacer.
I am not using any type of fan clutch and it cools much better than OEN and it a lot lighter.

This is a pic of my dual battery set up.
I am using 2 Optima Red Tops, wired in series, using a heavy duty starter relay. I made the dual battery tray.

Also pictured is my 165 Amp Beavco custom built high output alternator, and MSD 6A ignition amp.

All the wiring was replaced with 2 gauge, including all grounds too.

I used the Lightning Audio terminals for convenience.

Here are some of my custom bumper that I just got last night.
It is 2"x6" .5 wall, with a built in hitch.
It has gussets on all brackets, and the hitch section.
The hitch has .250 plate supporting in front (Like pictured) and in back for added beef and safety. There is over 1 inch of total steel welded onto the receiver section of the htich.
The entire thing was stick welded with high quality stick, this is super beefy and should have no problems towing around 8000 lbs or more.
Justin made it for me (justinsbronco) and he has one almost identical and he tows his 4-tire huge ass trailer and custom Sami buggy with no problems.

He also threaded 4 bolt holes and tapped the bumper for my plug-in.

I am getting ready to prep and paint it.

Oh and the mounts are also beefed up. They bolt from inside and outside the frame rails. The bumper isnt going anywhere unless the frame is going with it.

This is one month that the truck alone ain't gonna cut it. All the trucks are awesome. One for every style really. I have to go with Beer this month. He worked his arse off on that rig, takes every opportunity to learn something new. He reminds me of where I'm at. Building a crazy rig out of a stocker, and re-learning the ropes step by step. Takes guts man, to push it like that. So Jer, your tenacity and attitude pushed your rig over the finish line first for me bro. Good job on building the rig, and a better job asking questions, venting, then getting your butt back out there until you got it down.

I've wheeled with him twice now, first time he blew his spider gears apart, the second time he scared the crap outta me. Lord only knows whats going to happen next.

He's got a great rig, probably one of the nicest fullsizes here in SLC, and he's not afraid to use it. From the cowboy pinstriping to the slamming it on the rocks this rig gets its fair share of bumps and bruises. But thats why Jer built it, he didn't want just a cool looking rig, he wanted something that works.

Pic of the system. The plan was to build the false floor and get my pioneer 6X9's mounted in the back of the truck over the summer, but it kept getting put aside. Hopefully I'll get it done this month. For now though...

I will be stepping down from the FOTM race because it turns out im involved in an incident regarding leaks in who voted for whom... Anyway, i thought this was the best thing to do for now.. I promise if im nominated again i will come in strong and do the site proud..
