Bronco is at the shop at the moment. Getting EFI installed, Fenders Trimmed while fixing rust holes and installing a new tailgate, new soft top and moving the winch closer to the grill.

While at home it's getting a new rear bumper and some rock sliders. Then it will be getting some new 38x16x15 TSLs.

I gotta say that this FOTY was a lot tougher than last year because I
had actually meet a rode with Crazed. But choosing between Oscar, JoJo

My power steering blew up earlier in the day so it was a pain to steer.. My front ARB fitting snapped off when the diff hit the track bar while going over the steps.. ooh almost forgot.. heres a video of that... (i forgot take off my parking brake after i got to the top :cry )

the truck was down for a while so the mods began.......

as you all know the bronco gas tank is huge and it hangs down way below the frame.. it smacks on everything in sight...

first step.. remove the tank and cut a hole in the floor.. (not for the faint of heart)

new flat skidplate.. its flush with the frame... you can see how much it went up by looking at the exhaust.. before the raising of the tank the exhaust was higher than the tank.. (its been moved up since then)

one problem with something like this is having water come in through the holes you just cut in the floor.. i went to the junkyard and pulled these shift boots from some old pick up trucks..

i cut the top part off and slid them over the shocks.. pretty tight fit.. no water will come through the top..

Turning the rear tire carrier into a Jerry Can holder.

Back in Hollister 2002 the spare tire landed hard on a rock and broke tore almost all the metal holding it on. we twisted the rest off and threw the tire in the back.

Something about lifting a 40" tire in the air didnt seem fun so i decided to turn it into a jerry can holder.. 1 gas 1 water... i used the existing tire carrier steel for most of the build. just cut it up and welded it together..

bought some 1/4" thick angle iron to creat the base.. it will take any hits from rocks so the cans dont explode..

Started out by welding 1/4" thick plates to the floor where the cage would attach. The plates have holes in them and nuts welded for the cage to frame mounts (with body mount bushings sandwiched in) as soon as i can buy another welder.. sold my welder to pay for the f250..
