I am wanting to try our kit on the 460 in the 250's and 350's. From what I can tell the AC setup is almost identical as the 302 and 351. However I don't want to advertise that the kit will fit the 460 until I know for sure. So. I am looking for someone with a 250 or 350, or I guess someone with a 460 setup in their 87-96, that would like On Board Air. I can offer someone a kit for $75 if they simply install it and let me know how it fits. Obviously if it does not work I would refund your money. Anyone want to try this or know of someone who does?

I've got an 1988 F-350 and an 1988 Bronco, both with serp 460's. Is your "kit" just the bracket?

kit doesn't include the york compressor. it is the bracket and new hardware to bolt it on, new belt and new pulley for the compressor.

Man where were you in January? I did the same thing on my 89 and ended up having it custom made...(with saginaw pump).

As you can see the guy machined the hole too large and had to make a bushing for it, here is the custom fab work that had to be done to fit the York with the Sag pump.

Have these gone out yet? What's the question?
We decided not to have our pulleys bored for the sag. It is expensive and would drive cost of the pulley extremely high. The best thing to do is get the pulley as is and take it to a machine shop with the sag pump or sag pump pulley to get the correct dimensions.
