(or trade ...I'm looking to build a third memeber, /center section/ chunk) with 4:11's in a 31 spline case. No locker, no spool, just a nice lsd, or open diff. Its for street duty only; as I am already equipped with a 4:11 set and minispool.

Why don't you use the 3rd member you have for the 4.10's? You say it's got 31 spline inners, (I assume you mean side gears), and there aren't any gear ratio breaks for the 9". Even the lsd will work if it's any good.

becasue i have two more spares. I wanted to sell one of the more popular ones to help with the costs of upgrading the gears in the other.
