might be just me, but every time it refreshed, it went to the top of the conversation, not the end. I had to keep scrolling down every time. by the time i got down there, it would refresh and I'd be back up at the top again. very frustrating :banghead

was I doing something wrong?

The screen seems to freeze when it refreshes on my machine, i dunno if the option to disable the smilies would help us with slower machines?

Still flashes white and reloads. It does it faster than before though.

I should have figured that I need to be very specific in what I say and type what I mean.

i used it a while back and it was fine. I have tied to camp out in there tonight, but i think it drops me if I do not keep the browser on top. My screen name shows up on the right, but if i do not stay in that window the screen name goes away the next time it refreshed. So if I do not keep it active and someone does go in there they may think it is empty. I dunno how much it matters, cause i guess if i needed to talk to someone in the chat i could just post and tell them to meet me in there. Ok, you asked i told. Good work by the way with all the stuff you do on the site. Maybe I'll meet you in person someday Joe.
