Ok, I am getting a new to me C6 Trans with a np205 on it. I have a c6 with a bw1356 in the truck. My hope is that I can just drop the old one and put the new one in. Is this posible or am I going to run in to truoble?

I have an 87 Bronco with the C6 Bw1356 in it. Are the drive shafts going to work or will I have to change out the joints?

Thanks for the info.

If the output housing on your C6 is notched for the Np205 shift rail your good as golden there, if not, you'll have to grind it out yourself. As for driveshafts, your rear will end up too short and your front will end up too long. You'll have to get them reworked by your local driveshaft shop. As for the u-joints, shouck your's should be 1330 series and the 205 with be 1310. So either you pickup some new yokes for it, or you get 1310 to 1330 conversion joints.

IIRC, its about 6" shorter on the front and about 5 longer on the rear
