Nobody is helping with my other post about this and I don't want to drive DSOT-JOE crazy, so can someone help me test this damn thing.

At least to narrow down if it's a problem sending, recieveing or just with a specific user.

From what I can tell, that's exactly what happens. Messages sit in my OUTBOX until the recipient recieves them. Kinda cool, cause you can go delete it before they recieve it.
