Dont wanna steal anyone's thunder, but will you stand behind the winch? I want my FSB brothers and sisters to get a straight deal.
4wheelcustoms 02-09-2005, 12:47 PM It is the manufacturer's responsibility to warranty their products but I would sure help you out in dealing with them if a problem did arrise. There is going to be a bad product once in a while that brakes no matter what brand it is. You guys have to understand that. I have seen Warn winches brake too. I am not just saying this to sell MileMarkers because I sell WARN, Ramsey, and others too. I will tell you I am going to be installing a MileMarker on my own rig this month. They are half the price of a WARN and last just as long in my opinion. I have marked the MileMarkers down to incredible savings.
I marked the price on the 12000lb down another $20 to bring the total with shippig to $565.00
TAX RETURNS, perfect time to buy a winch!!!!
MyFullSize 02-09-2005, 01:43 PM That all sounds good 4wheel, thanks for the reply. Sounds like you really want to put your customers first and take care of your business, thats good!
Tax time is a good time, 4 sure!
Take care..
Damager 02-09-2005, 01:57 PM give us a respectable deal on WARN stuff
I am sure you will have a much better turnout after this whole embarrassment from MileMarker's customer service quality. After what Mike went through and shared with us, they better get on the pipe if they ever think a decent refferral will come from me and good portion of the active members here .. sorry, but they truly blew it 100% in my eyes with respect to making customers happy and standing behind their products.
you are 100% correct in it being the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and you are more than welcome to offer items for sale here at any time ... just don't have anything good to say about MM after this
you might even get a good turnaround on the MM Hydro units here as that is what they founded their name on .. I am sure the hydros are a step above their electric line
4wheelcustoms 02-09-2005, 03:22 PM To each his own but Milemarker makes a good product. Like I said before, there are defects in all products at some point and unfortunately someone here got a faulty unit. NOT from me I might add. Warn doesn't give me good enough deals to offer this type of sale. If you want a Warn winch, PM me for a price or see them on our website at www.4wheelcustoms.com I will see what I can do for you on a individual basis but this sale is for Milemarkers only.
Thanks!
JahWarrior 02-09-2005, 03:44 PM Great price :thumbup :brownbag
4wheelcustoms 02-09-2005, 04:16 PM Sorry, even with shipping added, Natltire.com comes in at $539.99 on the 12k . Of course I'm still leaning towards the Warn, but with so much stuff I need to buy, the MM is still in the equasion.
Good to hear you are thinking about getting a Milemarker. The price ytou quoted above from Natltire.com was $539.99...I just logged on and found it to be $559.95 shipped and it could be higher depending on shipping location. They keep adding things on the further you get into the order form. Just a little FYI.
The lowest price I can offer is $565.00 including shipping. If interested, you can order using the link in the first post or call 417-881-8747 to place your order.
Bronco Rob 02-10-2005, 12:09 AM Sorry, even with shipping added, Natltire.com comes in at $539.99 on the 12k . Of course I'm still leaning towards the Warn, but with so much stuff I need to buy, the MM is still in the equasion.
No offense Jah, but if you e-mail Natltire.com, do you get a personal response like Chris would give you? Chains tend not to care as much about ONE person getting screwed with a piss poor product. Chris' name is at stake here, he is selling to us all the time, and probably makes a good dime off of FSB. Do you think he is going to take the chance of shitting where he eats?
WARN is a good winch, but, when i was trying to organize a group buy, all the distributors said the same thing Chris did. If you want a Warn, you're going to pay full price for a Warn.
Chris, you will be hearing from me once Uncle Sam gives me my money back.
dsotmoon 02-10-2005, 08:36 AM Sorry, even with shipping added, Natltire.com comes in at $539.99 on the 12k .

JahWarrior 02-10-2005, 12:19 PM OK I have a question, how much to pick up, no shipping? I could maybe make a day trip out of it if the price is right.
Thanks.

No offense taken, and I agree actually. I think my tight budget, with so many things on my needs list, got the better of me on this post. No offense intended towards Chris either, it truly is a very good price, I was just being overly price concious (sp?), and could have chosen my wording better. I guess we all have our bad days :duh :shrug
4wheelcustoms 02-10-2005, 01:01 PM Jah, I just sent you a pm with the details. Who else is in on this deal? Order online using the link in the first post of the thread or call 417-881-8747.
Thanks!

It's all good man. I require a kick in the ass to get back on track sometimes too!!
4wheelcustoms 02-11-2005, 11:55 AM No Offense taken or meant by this but...Obvoiusly you didn't read the above rules and posts responding to them.
We are here to save you guys money, offer outstanding service, and to provide the best parts on the market and I think everyone will agree that we do this.
Milemarker is a great brand and make a nice winch. We do carry other brands of winches so if Milemarker is not what you want, contact us. No need to bash the product. There a re alot of people out there that are more than pleased with Milemarker and would be offended to hear that what they own is a ripoff. This same thread is advertised on several other forums and beleive it or not, this is the only one that has received negative feedback on the sale. As always, I appreciate all the support you guys give us and look forward to doing business with each and every one of you time and time again.
Thanks!
4wheelcustoms 02-11-2005, 01:54 PM I am working on getting a WARN Winch sale together as we speak so don't give up on that idea yet. It is just hard to pull strings on Warn products. we will see what happens and you all will be the first to know when it is set up...oh, I can't wait!!!
Damager 02-11-2005, 02:13 PM atta boy :)
2fastnaz 02-11-2005, 05:56 PM Cool. I'll wait on the MM deal untill I see what comes from WARN.
4wheelcustoms 02-11-2005, 06:11 PM Yea, I am still waiting on a reply on the Warn deal. I can't make any promises but I am trying to make it happen.
Bronco Rob 02-11-2005, 09:27 PM Thank you for your efforts, here and with me personally. I appreciate it Chris, as do most of the people here. :thumbup
JahWarrior 02-13-2005, 09:47 PM No Offense taken or meant by this but...Obvoiusly you didn't read the above rules and posts responding to them.!
Obviously.
4wheelcustoms 02-14-2005, 11:42 AM Ok, guys... Still have heard nothing back on the WARN deal but I am sure we will get something going. For you milemarker guys....
I am lowering the price even more on the Milemarker 12000lb Electric winches. The price is now $545.00 shipped so buy them while they are available. The link for online ordering in the first post has been reprogramed to charge $545.00 shipped.
Dave's Bronc 90 02-14-2005, 11:25 PM I know that we are talking about electric winches here, but I was wondering about the hydraulics. Any chance of a deal on those? I know the hydraulic/electric debate still rages on, but I'm sort of leaning toward the hydraulic ones.
4wheelcustoms 02-15-2005, 07:41 PM This specific sale is for the Electric Milemarkers like you said. If you're interested in a Hydraulic Milemarker, please contact me by PM or email with the size and your zip code and I will make you a deal. Anyone is welcome to contact me fror quotes on anything as always. We carry more products than any other vendor here so I am sure I can get you just about anything you need.
Thanks!
4wheelcustoms 02-17-2005, 03:26 PM I have decided to extend this sale into the Hydraulic line too since many of you seem interested. Please see the thread for The Hydraulic Winches which is seperate fromt his one. The prices are listed with fittings and hoses for Bronco and F-150 applications. Thanks for the huge response guys!
