My Farkin T-Case input shaft shattered on the CHEBBY

1976 NP-205 needed.

Pull-A-Part doesn't have one, If someone here does,
Please help me out.
I'm am not a CHEBBY guru but I think a NP-205 from a real rig (FORD) will fit.
Yeah, I guess I need to keep a running tab of stuff that I have had to fix

Let's see.
Starter
Distributer
Drive Shaft
Spring Perches
Rear shocks
Battery
Steering Coupler (Rag Joint)
2 steel brake lines
A coil cut off
U joint
And now the T-Case

Hey not bad for pickin it up on Friday and not getting it home till Monday night.

I need help
Or a place to put it while I part it out.
Anyone want a really stout 300+HP 350 whith all the trimmings

A ford transfer cas wont work, the diff is on the other side on yer chebby.:toothless

I have good news.
I dropped the T-case and found out I only need the
adapter from the tranny to the t-case.

IMAGINE MY SUPRISE>:thumbup
I will call some yards and see what it cost

How it snapped that 1/4 cast steel adapter is beyond me:shocked

I ran this same question thru 2BB, but why not have your adapter just welded, and save a few bucks, and alot of time? This is what I'd do, especially considering I already have the adapter

I though of that but the way it broke it can't be welded.
The tolerance is too close.

The adapter is for a SM-465 tranny to a NP-205
t-case.
If anyone knows a CHEBBY guy ask him for me.

Closest yard that has it is in Arizona for $390.
CHEBBY discontinued the manufacturing of it.
