I was going to try and make a custom top. Is it possible you can take pics of how it mounts to the cab and wherever else?

sorry bout the wait my rents had the camera with them while camping and i had no way to take pics so here we go

http://www.superford.org/getfile.php?id=82352&toggle=fullsize&f=P1010090.JPG

Ok heres my rig with the bikini top on i use the front bows from my STC soft top (the rear ones just lay there) and i use the little poles to keep the bow from moving around the straps run back and hook at the same spot that the STC soft top attaches to

http://www.superford.org/getfile.php?id=82353&toggle=fullsize&f=P1010091.JPG

Heres the other angle

http://www.superford.org/getfile.php?id=82354&toggle=fullsize&f=P1010100.JPG

Heres the railing that goes along the top the one on the left with the button snaps is the STC soft top railing and the one on the right is the one i put on with self tapping sheet metal screws

http://www.superford.org/getfile.php?id=82355&toggle=fullsize&f=P1010101.JPG

Here is the little bag it can be stored in, i just chuck it in that crazy little storage hole on the drivers side of my bronco (its a perfect fit)

OK thats that

O ...

About the price on the bikini top my dad got it back in 84 for his landcruzer and he never got a chance to use it and then he sold the cruzer so its been laying around for 20 years or so

So i guess long story short i dont know the price

However I checked on jc whitney and they have THIS (http://jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=73611&BQ=jcw2)
youl need the top and the windshield channel

Im pretty sure this would werk (dont hunt me down if it dont)

Ok

I love the look of the bikini top but why not just roll up the sides and back of the STC soft top?

Give that Safari look.

Bringing a thread back from the dead (hey, at least I searched :goodfinge ), do you just screw on the windshield channel and attach the soft top to that? How does it attach to the channel though? (sorry, no prior experience with Jeep soft tops)
And where exactly do you attach the front bow? I know from the pics it looks like right behind the rear seat, but does anyone have measurements?

I'm thinking of going this route even if it's gonna be a while. I just want to get all of the measuring and planning out of the way.
