People, you need to do it. Chris sells the best kit. The hardware quality is absolutely amazing. I couldnt be happier with the product. Chris is also very good at customer service and support if you ever have a question.
He didnt ask me to do this, I just want to back his product up because it is simply amazing.
Thanks again Chris

Do you have the pully available for the saginaw pump? I am doing the swap soon and would need the kit to fit the van pump.

Last January I talked to him and he was going to machine a bunch of pulleys to the Sag size, but I couldnt wait so I had it machined myself.
20 bucks at a local machine shop and shouldnt take long...unless they have to do this because they didnt measure it right...

Sorry guys I forgot I posted this. I was going to have some pulley made for the Saginaw but it was going to be too expensive in the long run. They are pricey as is and adding that to it would be crazy. Any machine shop can do it for you relatively cheap as long as you get the correct dimensions. In the listing I said I have a bolt kit and bracket for the sag pump. Meaning the bolts holding the stock pump to the stock ac bracket are smaller than that of the saginaw pump and bracket. I guess I need to clarify that, which I will do next time I list a kit on ebay. We have those larger bolts and the bracket with the larger holes. However there is still some modifications that need to be made to make it work with the sag pump. Mainly just spacing the bracket up go gain clearance from the saginaw resouvoir. On mine I bored out the holes in the saginaw pump bracket to allow me to rotate the pump counter-clockwise to keep the resouvoir out of the way. If you guys ever have questions email me at Chris@BroncoAir.com. That is the fastest way to get a response.
See ya.

Ok...can someone explain to me whats the deal with this? I mean what do I need to do/how does it work. Do I need to have a tank, or can I just plug an airline in somewhere (where) and run a impact off of it??? Thanks for any info you guys can give me. This sounds pretty cool, just wondering how it all works.

Also, do you lose your A/C if you do this?

It allows you to have "on-board" air with a real compressor that's run off the motor.

You need to buy the kit. Go to the salvage yard and get a York a/c compressor (model 10) and hook it to the bracket. York's cost 5 to 40 bucks at a yard.

Do I need to have a tank, or can I just plug an airline in somewhere (where) and run a impact off of it???
Yes you will want a tank. You will also need a pressure switch (to keep things from blowing up) and some air hose and fittings.

You can run an impact off of it if you have at least a 2.5 gallon tank (bigger is better), a tight system and your York has good compression.

Thanks for any info you guys can give me.
Your welcome.

No. It lives next to your current a/c compressor.

See.
