By reading the following you'll see why I am unable to go to any events/meets, but that doesn't mean I don't count the days till I can.

Crazy story #1: Two best buds are on the way back from picking up a new trail rig when they have an accident (no alcohol involved w/ the driver). Best bud #2 is killed. Best bud #1 is somehow charged w/ involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene (waited until paramedics got there and followed them to the ER, cops said I should have waited for them at the scene). Now serving month 2 of 1 yr electronic house arrest (24/7), to be followed by 3-5 yr probation. Definition of torture: 1-lose your best friend at the age of 23 combined w/ 2-being able to look out your window and see your 4x4's in the parking lot, but knowing that you will go to jail for 4.5 yrs if you get behind the wheel- they decided to take my license until I'm off of probation completely - attny says if I'm lucky, maybe 1-2 yrs and I'll get a temp license.

Wow, that really sucks for you but you dont need me to say it. Welcome to the Dixie chapter. Vote for this is twice a day in top 4x4s and once a month for a Bronco. You attourney couldnt get you probation only for vehicular man. And how were you charged if you didnt drive the vehicle. I only see accessory and vaguely at that. :shrug :confused: :cry Steve

Yeah, welcome..my bro was on house arrest like that for a year, buy yourself a weight set and get an engine block or something for you to work on to keep your mind off things..

Dang 4byhapy that sucks a big one! Sorry to hear about your best friend. Sounds like some DA and Judge had it out for you. Did you try some sort of appeal? It'll be over before you know it.
