Below is the response I got from an E-mail I sent out looking for the possibility of a soft top for our trucks from Best top. Just thought ya'll might be interested..

Hi ~~ I called Bestop direct to see if there was anyway they could help.
They stopped at 1977 and can not. I asked for a referral from them, and
they it was not a great referral, they said the only company they are aware
of that makes them for a 1988 is www.specialtytops.com

Good Luck

Subject: Soft top for a Full Sized Bronco.

Hi Kim,

My name is Moseley Matheson. I am a proud owner of an 88 Ford Bronco. As
I'm
sure you are aware, the Full Size Bronco came with a removable top (like the

Jimmy and the Blazer) and their are many in these full size community that
want
a soft top for their truck. Now I used to own a 74 CJ-5 and ordered a
Besttop

for it and was completly satisfied. But you can understand my
disappointment
when I got into Bronco's and learned that Besttop didn't offer anything for
us.

There are a few soft top options out there for the Bronco community but none

that measure up to the quality of Besttop. Most importantly, there are now
full size soft tops with zip out windows.

My question is: are their any soft tops in the works for these full size
trucks
(Bronco, Jimmy, Blazer)? I am a member of a few Bronco communities and know

for a fact that there is a market for this top. If there is no plan for
Besttop to make a soft top for these trucks, I was wondering why?

Any response would be appreciate, and also will be forwarded on to these
many
Bronco groups.

Thanks in advance,

M. Moseley Matheson
