You've seen NP203/NP205 kits before....but not like this one..
The adaptor is comprised of four main pieces, the Reduction box (203), Center indexing ring, and final T case (205, D300 etc) and billet 8620 shaft. All of which (shaft excluded) are Billet 6061-T6 aluminum.
Each mating part was mapped out using digital equipment, the fit and accuracy is perfect.
Each adaptor portion bolts together, and with multiple holes, allows the customer to rotate each transfer case as they desire.
The NP203 Reduction box can be mounted at stock, 90* left/right, or upside down.
The NP205/D300 can remain in factory location, or be clocked (at the front output) 1, 2, 3, or 4" up or down from stock positioning. All of these combinations are atcheived with ONE adaptor. You don't need a different adaptor for different rotations.
This allows you to get the product, and try various combinations to find what works best for YOU. Every rig is different.
Also, if you wanted to change either transfer case (from a D300 to a 205, ford to a chev etc) at a later date having already purchased an adaptor you only need to change ONE part of the adaptor, the cost is minimal. The center index ring will mate any combination.
