View Full Version : TSF Run March 21-23
Schultzey 03-09-2003, 12:16 AM The event to Tillamook State Forest in Oregon is still on for March 21st to the 23rd. I am setting it up for a school project I am working on. It will be a fun filled weekend of wheeling and socializing so don't miss out. We will meet at the entrance of Brown's camp at 6:00 P.M., Friday, March 21st, which is also the place we will be camping at. Campsites cost $10.00 a night and there is a charge of $2.00 for each additional vehicle parked at that campsite. You will also need an OHV permit. They are $10.50 and are valid two years from the issued date. I would love to see some of you guys make it out to this event!
Crazed 03-09-2003, 03:13 PM Ill be there saturday and sunday morning, but I am sleeping in my nice dry bed. Browns camp will be open?

Yep I live right across the rock quarry on hwy 224 out towards Carver and Estacada. I know that area a little, Not too far from here. Glad you will be able to make it.
Davids78Bronco 03-14-2003, 03:19 AM Well dammit, even tho I can't be there, I can at least send in this last evaluation report. Good job Chris. Even if I weren't into offroading, I'd still give you an A, for making this happen
Big Mike C. 03-18-2003, 02:23 AM I am still doped up from surgery with no oil pressure on the Bronco...and what sucks is I have the time off! Good luck guys and safe wheeling.
78bronco460 03-19-2003, 01:05 AM  I'm in the middle of a bunch of mod's on my 78 and I won't be done in time to wheel it this weekend. I'd take another rig, but I'll be under a welding hood instead. Hope you all have fun. Make sure you get a picture Tim!
Crazed 03-19-2003, 02:15 AM What are you doing to it?
Schultzey 03-19-2003, 03:23 AM David - Thanks
78bronco460 - Mods are always fun too. Sorry you won't be able to make it. Maybe another time.
78bronco460 03-19-2003, 03:36 PM Regeared to 4.56, 8 lug converted the front, changing gas tanks now. Next, build the D60 rear up and install it. A couple other mods in the plan too if cash and time permit.

Many more pics on my superford page.
Davids78Bronco 03-25-2003, 01:37 AM Well dammit, I see I've missed yet ANOTHER good run. Good pictures and video. When I first opened the video links, there were 0 hits. Then, as I went thru the list, I noticed that they all had 2 hits already
Schultzey 03-25-2003, 01:41 AM On Saturday I managed to get stuck real good a couple of times. Sunday was fun as well. On Firebreak 5 I was able to make it up the one section I had to be winched through on the Shakedown run. One of the rocks took of my nerf bar, but I think I like it better without it. I will get the pics soon.
Crazed 03-25-2003, 01:47 AM Took it off? sounds sweet !!
