We have been trying to make FOTM more exciting and open to more competitors.......

*New Rules = If you are Nominated this Month you are not eligible for Nomination again for two Months, instead of one.

Also, If you win FOTM, you can not be Nominated again for atleast 2 years. {This may change}.

Out of the 10 trucks each month, maybe like five really whore it up (a good thing in this case). Only five nominees would make for a smaller audience and less pics. My .02

derrick, this is one of the reasons why I would like to see a change. Usually the past few Months its been down to like Only 2 Members. Here we are halfway into this Months contest and we still have nt reached 100 VOTES.

But I really like the suggestion of starting the noms. abit befor the other contest finishes so you can get to whoring right away...........might even make it more of a race because it gives the noms a chance to plan thier run and think of how they could try even harder too win..............

I voted for 5 with old rules. I like the idea of starting the nominations the month before so those that are nominated can plan accordingly. It also makes sure we have all 5 lined up at the start of the month so we are not waiting for straglers to accept.

Keep it the way it is. Start taking nominations the last 2 weeks of the month while the current one is still under way. I don't think it'll steal any thunder from the contest and you'll be able to start the new contest the next month without interuptions. How about start taking nominations 2 weeks prior as described and accept up to 10 nominations. If you don't have 10 then run what you have then but have a minimum of 5 nominations. Keep it simple. :thumbup

Norm, I couldnt agree with you more. Just look at my avatar compared to my Signature. Those changes were all done within a year. Went from stock to 4" to 6" lift.

So far it looks like it would be 5 Nominees and keep the old rules, with the exception of starting the Nominating two weeks {or so} before the end of the Month thats running.

Also, it would be a 2 Month cooling down period {Before you can be Nominated} again.....

Mike, First off, I will not tell you to "shut up". This is why I wanted to put this to a vote and get feedback from you {The Members}.

I did think about that also and just figured it might take to long too get 2 members to Nominate the same person. Also, that would change the whole "Rules" around, which for the most part, Members dont seem to want....

Keep you comments and ideas coming. Believe me when I tell you, I take them all serious and want to make it better for all....

With the majority of the votes going to "5 Nominees with the old rules", This is the way we are gonna go with.

The only difference will be the following:

2 Months before you can be renominated.

Also, The Nomination will start atleast two weeks before the end of the current FOTM.....
