As some, most, all of you know, I also offer rock sliders, for the 80-96 Broncos. Oddly enough, I haven't had time to build a pair, for even my own 78 :doh0715: At any rate, my sliders will fit Broncos with stock, or the longer extended, radius arms. One thing to note, my design does require trimming of the lower fender mount. It doesn't hinder anything structural, nor visual, but does allow my sliders to fit tighter to the rocker panel

As you can see, they do support the weight of the Bronco just fine

They also look killer on the Bronco :thumbup They're also designed to allow any possible future fender trimming

Cost is $300/pr, plus shipping, via FedEx Ground. If you'd like to figure your own shipping, my zip is 97756, and the average weight is about 40lbs each. For size, figure in about 57"L x 24"W x 6"H (those aren't exact, just oversizing a little). These will be labeled for shipping separately, in order to allow home delivery

I can offer them as either bolt-on, or weld-on's, the client would just need to let me know how they prefer to receive them... it's just a matter of drilling the holes, or not, that's all

The "and more" will be posted in the upcoming days, to include F&R bumpers, cargo racks, plus all kids of options for everything, with as many pictures as I can get

I've had my sliders from Dave for close to two years..They have not gotten a lot of use lately, my rig is under the knife, but I can vouch that they are well made and work as advertised..

This is the fender mount that has to be ground off. It's not tough to do.

oh I have seen guys cut off the tab and drill a hole above the tab they cut off. I would suggest doing this to keep the fender straight when you smah into the rocks

will this sliders bend or move if a rock decides to jump out and attack my truck?

a friend of mine put sliders on his scout and the first rock he landed on the sliders bent his frame upwards and the sliders were 2" closer to the body.

can you say that your sliders wont bend up like that and are very stout since its basically impossible to gusset these.

oh and bump!

sliders are already touching the body full length, so they can't bend up

so if they take a hit would they dent the body body at all?
