I am trying to help my brother pick out a lift for his '67 Bronco. I really want to get some radius arms with hiem joints so I am considering either the James Duff 5.5" kit http://www.jamesduff.com/eb/suspension.html ("SYSTEM M: 5.5" Monster Suspension") or the Cage 5.5" kit http://www.cageoffroad.com/catalog/item/1241774/1346670.htm

I was wondering if there was anyone out there with some experience with these kits or would recommend another brand (I already know I dont want to go with JBG, Wild Horses, or Superlift).

If anyone is interested in our old 3.3" Duff kit PM me

Thanks in advance

Not sure why you dont like wild horses, their 5.5 kit rocks!

I dont have anything against the Wild Horses lift. I like that the WH horses kit relocates the rear shock mount and has longer arms. I am just a little biased towards Duff b/c we bought the Bronco from a mechanic that worked at Duff in Sequim, Washington. I like the heim arms that they sell with the Stage M kit (I think Cage make it for them).

I was just wander if there was something better (w/ heims) out there

My 74 with the Duff extreme travel 3.5" w/arms + a 2" bl w/38's. It does pretty good. These are the first flex pics. Hopefully it will flex a little more once I get the springs broken in.

cant go wrong with cage, duff, or wild horses.

you could always buy a kit without extended radius arms, then buy them from duff or cage, or make some.

Msuforeman- thanks for the reply/pics, I like that set-up. I thought the front shock hoops were welded on, but it looks like the ones in your pics are bolt one.

SquattyD- thats a damn good idea, I might have to look into that.

Dblue351- How is your EB project going? I have been wanting to post on wt4x4.com, but I haven't been able to log on to the site since they changed it a few months back. Whats up with that? Did I get banned...lol

Wild horse kit, then just buy the Cage arms.
