Does anybody rent a warehouse for working on the trucks in the ocala area that needs or wants someone to go halves in with them...or know where I can get one?? Living in a trailer park puts a damper on the bigger aspects of working on the truck. (i.e. engine swap, lift....etc)

the strip where i house my rig has some newly built spaces that havent been occupied yet. i dunno if you know where bell tire is off of 17th st., but turn south off of 17th st at the light RIGHT before the train tracks. go a short distance down the road. you'll see bell tire on your left, and the warehouse complex on the right. IIRC, its like 500 a month of a 50x100 space. you can have it wired for lights, water,, and 220v for a bit extra. i really like it. lots of room to work with

What are the rules there? Are they pricks about working on the trucks and messing with gas and oil or are they cool?

nope. they are actually really cool about it. just clean up after yourself. i spilled a lot of gas on the floor one day, as long as i cleaned it up we were cool. just have alot of oil dry around and pressure wash the floor occasionally. basically all they care about is if you are running a business out of it or just using it for storage
these pics will give you somewhat of an idea of the warehouse

you could easily store two trucks in one of these shops.

they're all the same size. and i dont personally rent out the warehouse, my parents pay the rent on it b/c it doubles as a storage unit for all of our shit that wont go in the garage. if you dont plan on lifting your rig, there are lots of self-storage units around ocala. just go driving one day when you have the time. where is your trailer park located? i might could think of a unit close to you
