:goodfinge funny man....
No my BKO will not make this trip...too much stuff for the BKO and trailer. I will use the Two Fiddy and trailer instead.

Bloomington, Anoka, Zimmerman.....more? depends on what happens when I get there.

last response to this- I leave in the AM. reply in a week or so.

Anoka is right by where I used to live, moved about 15 miles from there.

They still doing the Cruise nights on Fridays in Anoka? Might be getting too cold to continue that I suppose?

I haven't heard about them doing that in quite a while. I think they stopped it, too much traffic and loitering or something. Now just the ricers and teeny boppers cruise it until curfew.

I last heard they (some EB'ers) still did it but that was during the summer.

I wasn't sure if they did it late in the year like this or not. that would be the only thing that would take me over on friday as opposed to Sat. :beer

I actually belong to that group which is why I'm heading to zimmerman at the end of the month.
anyone have input on a reasonable hotel in the zimmerman/anoka areas?
would like to get a room where its a decent part of town. prefer low rate of auto thefts, break-ins...etc

not real familar with the area as you might guess

Well after a few days of driving and one deer avoided, I arrived home TIRED but safe and flat free (1st time I've done that)
Only one night of snow and hardly any rain to speak of, so the weather couldn't have been better.
The new EB hard top made the trip in Great shape and the rear D60 bounced most of the way home...but it had company once I got to Salt Lake City where I picked up the D60 front housing. Now I'm searching for THe knuckles out and axleshafts for a 99 D60 from an F350...
any one hear of anything please let me know.

this trip is a quick one hopefully...may make it to the cities again-may not.

have to get a couple things done and get back to CA to load the EB on the flatbed trailer with OJB as tow rig and get back to ND before mid-Nov.

ya kno- this trip gets shorter every time I make it. 1750 miles just isn't as far as it sounds anymore. not cheap to make but not as time consuming as I once thought.:toothless
