Ok I don't know where the thread on exhaust went so I am starting a new one. I was at a friends house today backing out of his drive Reved the moter a lil and Hear this Clunck scrape tap tap tap noise as I get about 10 feet down the road. First thing that goes through my mind is OHH _ _ _ _ !!!NOW WHAT???? Then it hits me. :doh0715: I get out walk around back and take a peek under the back end. Sure enough theres the problem layiny on the ground hanging by the tailpipe hanger and my rear axel. Damned Mechanic down at the shop told me I had a broken wield on a patch pannel on my exhaust. At the time I thought well I will get it fixxed as soon as I have the cash. Well here it is 2 days after he tells me this and I am looking at the Muffler laing on the ground some busted weld it was in deed. Everything from the flange where the Cat on back had broke and dropped the flange with the muffler on the asphalt and I am 10 miles from home with no Sawsall.:banghead At About this time My friend comes out to see why I am still in the street. So I tell him what happened. He says your joking I say look for yourself. He looks then looks at me with one of these looks on his face.:shocked So I ask if hes got a sawsall. He says no but his dad does just down the street. so I limp it down there rattleing all the way. Barrow the saw and cut it free. I get back in to head home. after firing it up and I have to say it don't sound too bad now.:thumbup However the Fumes are coming right up next to the passenger door and it is giving me a headache. I already know I want a FlowMaster 40 Delta series Muffler in stainless Steel . So my question to you all is what will it run for a new Cat and muffler with a stock sized tailpipe on back out the normal mounting route? I am wanting a single in single out muffler. My bronco is falling apart faster then I can fix it.:cry

cost me about $300 on my F150, but that was on a a singale exaust, and It wasn't a Flowmaster.
