What could I do to fit a spare 36" tire? Could I used wood blocks and longer bolts to act as spacers or are there any good metal spacers that could be used?:thumbup

Do we really need 4 of these? I think you'd be better off with a custom tire rack. Try searching lots of guys have sweet setups for their spares

Your gonna have a tough time rolling a 36" in the back, IIRC I have to kinda angle mine on there side a bit just to get them in, unless your laying it in prerunner style, its gonna be a PITA

IIRC, my sub box is 36" wide, and it didn't fit. So I'd say you have to put them on top, or lay them on their side without the back seat.
