I need to do some sheetmetal work for my bronco and this works realy well cutting panals out. Its simple to use and you can really follow a line b/c you can use both hands to guide the materia through the sheer.

i'd say 14 ga. or .075 thick we use them at work from time to time and never go any thicker then 14 ga. there's not enough clearance for anything bigger at least the ones i've used anyways
