trying to get a guestimate on how much .120 2" tubing would be needed for a full cage in my bronco. Ive read the post about who has what cage and all but no one every stated how much it took. ive got a price quote on 20ft tubing, but would help if i knew how much.

thanks

At a minimum start with 100 ft for a full cage. 200ft isn't uncommon at all for a race style cage so it really depends on what your trying to do.

mine is pretty simple and i used about 60 ft or tube, but i will be adding another two or three sticks when i get done with everything how i want.

this was already discussed but yeah start with 100 feet. you WILL waste tube bending stuff wrong

Thanks guys, i tried to follow the cage thread as much as possible but apparently missed that part some where. im gonna have to make the front cabin area some what weather tight over the dash so the ecu and such dont get wet and fry. David is talking me into making a custom dash so if i go that route i can water proof things a bit easier thats for sure.

it wasn't the cage thread, I asked exactly the same question and got quite a few replies. Might want to search for that thread.

2" pipe is about right for adjusting someones attitude. That's the only reason I see to have it in a fsb.
