I was wondering where the best place to buy CTM u joints is. I just got my warn shafts, and was told when I bought them that they came with new spicer u joints. Well they didnt come with any. So I was just gonna buy CTM's. I tried searching here, but didnt really come up with anything. It is a dana 44 out of a 78 bronco. Any help would be great.SLIM

Hey Slim what ya using for Radius arm brackets? I'm thinking of using my TTB drop brackets... not sure if they'll work since they're still on my bronco.

I bought new radius arms from james duff. They come with brackets, but I gotta chop one side off so it will fit on the frame. SLIM

Um huh.. Explain this to me would ya..
Are you getting extended arms? I'm looking at the fabtech long arms.

Thanks.

Yes they are extended. They have a different mount than regular radius arms. It is like a big bearing instead of the mount.
Here is the link http://jamesduff.com/eb/suspension.html it has pictures of what they look like.

Ah ok I've seen those. I'll check them out on your rig and then decide if I want them:) is the early bronco arm the same as the fullsize? or are they different?

They told me they were the same except for the drop bracket. That has to be modified. Ive seen them on other fullsize bronco's on the net.SLIM

the arms are the same.. the only difference is the bolt spacing on the coil mounts.

So does that mesn I need to find the early spring cups and the front cap. I havent even tried to fit them, because I thought they were the same.

you can just drill it out the cups..

or you can get them from www.broncograveyard.com

they are stamped with both sets of holes.
