I forget what version I had but it was the one before the big change. I quit using it cause I couldn't view alot of sites that had IE specific coding. I tried 6.0 when it first came out but it was soooooo slow on my computer so I started using IE. I really do like nutscrape better. dsotmoon 02-27-2003, 09:40 PM I use IE6 daily but then i use nutscrape 6 and opera to test web pages i design to make sure everyone sees them the same, although its not always possible, i never liked nutscrape up until version 6 gearrat 02-27-2003, 09:51 PM we have IE and nutscrap version 7 it is slow at times but what do ya expect :? Jon0807 02-28-2003, 04:41 AM I used to fly when I was using nutscrape 4.xx? I guess it's just my computer. 384 megs of RAM and a 650 mhz cpu don't mean doodoo anymore :( Miketnf150 02-28-2003, 08:57 AM I guess it's just my computer. 384 megs of RAM and a 650 mhz cpu don't mean doodoo anymore Don't you just love how you can go purchase a brand new computer and then 3 months down the road it's outdated???   dhath 02-28-2003, 10:39 AM we have IE and nutscrap version 7 it is slow at times but what do ya expect :? Can you say "Dial up"? :D 1982bronco 02-28-2003, 11:42 AM looks good to me. and i wanna say GOOD JOB. Jon0807 02-28-2003, 12:06 PM I guess it's just my computer. 384 megs of RAM and a 650 mhz cpu don't mean doodoo anymore Don't you just love how you can go purchase a brand new computer and then 3 months down the road it's outdated???   yeah that really sucks! But the good thing is that now computers are fairly cheap and cheap to upgrade. When I say cheap I mean compared to a few years ago. I can still upgrade my cpu to 850 but my RAM is at it's max so it's not really worth it. I'm gonna have to get a new motherboard, new cpu, and new RAM :( I'll just stick with this thing for now Miketnf150 03-07-2003, 03:34 PM Yip a buddy of mine bought a new computer a few years ago and it cost him $3500. In just a month it had already depreciated $100. I'm sure now he couldn't get $500 out of it.... |
