Dustin 09-13-2003, 11:29 PM ok so are these a set of 4 speakers or ?
I may be interested, I need to replace the stock crap in my F250
miseroth 09-14-2003, 12:52 AM I may be interested as well. Is it 2 or 4 speakers? Would I be correct to assume that they were used in your Bronco?
Thanx!
Fireguy50 09-14-2003, 02:19 AM ALL 4 $50
They were in my truck for about a year. I had to remove them because I got an amplifer that is 200 watts to each channel. That's when I upgraded to the 7" speakers I have now.
These speakers are cool, just not 200WATT's cool

I was a couple bucks short from what was already in my paypal account so it had to come from somewhere, not just out my ass:goodfinge
ok so I will send you a penny to cover the difference, will that make you happy again?
Fireguy50 09-18-2003, 12:06 AM No it's not worth it. You keep the penny and put it in the gas fund for Moab
tractorcrusher 09-18-2003, 12:15 AM this is by far the best post in a while.:beer
Dustin 09-18-2003, 12:17 AM oh thanks for metioning fuel.....I was hoping to forget that little bill:(
Fireguy50 09-18-2003, 12:20 AM ME TOO! 1500 miles at 11MPG needing 93oct in my curent EFI program :cry
I might actually reprogram the truck for 87 for the trip, then put it back for 93 once I get there :brownbag
BUT I still have to get the gas money :banghead
Dustin 09-18-2003, 12:23 AM yeah that sucks....in moab they dont beleive in 87 octane....its like 82 or 85 or some crap. 87 is mid grade there
Fireguy50 09-18-2003, 12:38 AM they do sell 93oct RIGHT??????? :banghead
Mine is tuned right to the edge, if she gets anything lower than 93oct or gets over 200F she starts to ping
Dustin 09-18-2003, 02:18 AM I dunno, probaly...hell if its not a pita just program it to use a lower grade for this trip. It will be alot cheaper anyway
Foghorn 09-18-2003, 02:24 PM How come I always miss these kinda deals???? Fog
godless 09-18-2003, 06:54 PM Utah sells 85, 87, and 91
93 you can get in Wyoming but that doesnt help you.
Your gonna have to use an octane additive or reprom your chip.....
gobucs 09-18-2003, 08:26 PM Is the 85 really cheap or what the 87 would be if it was the cheapest ya had?
godless 09-19-2003, 02:59 PM Our gas prices lately are around 1.75, 1.85, 1.95 or so.
It is always about 11 cents more if you go to Chevron, or Texaco.
I dont know why i guess they think their gas is better.....
Yes it does suck that we dont have 93 octane gas.
My bro bought a Type R Integra (A true Type R not just the sticker) and in his drivers manual it states that the car was desigend to take 93 gas only and would null his warranty if he useed anything less.
He called the dealer to find out why they would do this to him, and they addvisd that their parts dept sells an additive for 9 dollars a bottle. he has to use a bottle everytime he fills up.
Since my folks live in Wyoming he just goes up thee every sunday and fills up. The gas prices are cheaper up there, and he doesnt have to buy thatstupid additive.
Stokes 09-22-2003, 01:06 AM 93oc???!? i wish they sold that around Wa!
Fireguy50 09-22-2003, 01:10 AM how the F do you people drive performance vehicles without the right gas in your states???
Some places you can buy 95oct at the pump here in Michigan :thumbup
We love to drive fast :D :thumbup
