So B called while I was watching a movie, so I let the machine get it. The first message was something along the lines of "you better stop this crap or I'll see you in court too", the second message went like this "I'm sorry, please disregard the last message, I didn't realize who you were".

the only thing we can do is keep it civil. no need to make threats, no need to hurt anyone. besides there's a little law that covers this type of thing, it's called embezelment. YOU can take him to court for missuse of "donated" money
