I need some info what reamer to get and how you boys did it on dana 60 I have 93 axle ball joint style

This is what I used. Just ream till it fits right!

that is the one all the wt guys used ( i assume anyways, that is marks remaer right Dave?) I believe it is a 7 degree reamer. there was a big thread on pirates if you want to search for other alternatives
Anyway, Oascar, have one TRE unmounted so you can use it to do a lot of trial fitting. Ream then trial fit, ream then trial fit. it is a pretty easy process till you get to the pitman arm. For some reason, it took a lot of effort to ream my pitman arm (harder metal?) Just make sure you dont over ream, you will have a loos TRE no matter what then, just ream till you can get to the cotter pin hole, and that is it. On my pitman arm, I can only use one side of the cotter pin, it is pretty tight
