The first time I placed an order with them, it took over two weeks to get here, and I NEVER received a single email reply, nor could I get an answer from a phone call - I always got their answering machine

This time around I placed an order on the 6th, and it still hasn't arrived yet. I emailed a couple days ago, knowing I wasn't going to get a reply, but I do it, so I can prove I'm making every effort in contacting someone. I called earlier today, and once again, got their answering machine. On that message, Sean (I'm assuming it was him) stated no one was going to be around, and that they were at the EJS, from the 12th, to the 17th. Once again, I called earlier TO-DAY, and got that message. Rather than just hang up, I left a message, stating who I was, my order number, time and date I called, and what the message was about... almost expecting a return call today

Silly me, I shoulda known better. Not even a hint of a call. This is reminding me of my recent experiences with ebay sellers - no correspondence at all. Terrible

I don't know of any other rocklogic store, than the one in West Jordan... maybe it's close enough to SLC, I don't know

Yes thats the one I am familiar with, I live in Midvale UT. Thats same as Salt Lake City too. If you want to get their attention you might want to get on http://www.rockymountainextreme.com and rag on them there.

Where did you come across them? An ad,Ebay or what? I've (obviously) never heard of them before.

Even tho I just joined the board, I really have no intention of asking anyone about RL... and it seems my suspicions were confirmed... RL was sold to someone else, which explains the different paypal email address. I do have to wonder tho, why someone who owns a company would use a personal email address, for paypal. Unless, it's to bypass the 3% charge - those sneaky bastards

I'll get my order soon enough, I hope. I'll just keep the emails and phone calls going. And if I don't get it soon enough, paypal will resolve it for me

Finally! I got thru! After being placed on hold, for entirely too long, I realize I was cut off. I immediately called back, and got a F'ed up voicemail, and couldn't get thru after. BOTH phone numbers have full voicemail boxes - how convenient.

I think it's time to have paypal get involved

They lost my business... which was too bad, because they seemed to have slightly better prices... except, their tire hinges never came assembled (well, the first one I had ordered my first time around, didn't), like rockstompers does. Which tells me a bit about their concern for customer service
