Guys, just a quicknote about my experience with Off Road Unlimited (ORU).
As some of you know, I gought an old CONFERR roof rack from Rudi (Stiffler). it came with the front brackets, for the rain drip thingie over the door....I was gonna fab up some mounts to bolt through the cover on ther back, but decided to check Conferr's website. I found some made for the rack, price was very reasonable.
I ordered on line from ORU. A day or two later James from ORU called me back just to check to make sure that the brackets I ordered were what I needed. They were shipped out in a matter of days.
When I got the brackets, they were the wrong ones. I called James, and he not only sent thr right ones out that day, but sent a UPS return lable to sendf the otherones bac at no charge, and even arranged for UPS to come by my place, and pick up the old ones.
Could not be more pleased, at ther customer service, the "we'll make it right" attitude. James seemed happy to be of help. BTW he was intimately familiar with Broncos and their unique needs.
