in one weeks time I have effectively gutted the prerunner.

engine, tranny, tcase, sway bars, drive shafts, EFI, lights. it is basically almost ready to get into preping for the paint work inside of the engine compartment.

alot of this would not be possible with out the help of Bryan aka TheMoneyPit from PJB.

it was a desert racer. they needed them!

I will use no more than 2 per corner. but most likely only 1 shock per corner. Still trying to figure out where to mount my front shocks.

Thanks for sharin', Don. Exactly what's yer plan? Are you gonna be
swapping yer red/white's engine and drivetrain over to the pre-runner
or swapping the pre-runner's body to yer red/white bronco? There's
a whole lot of options here...along with the 14b ya plan on pickin' up.
Somebody put a lot-o-time into beefin'/cagin' the pre-runner. I'm sure
yer lookin' to get the best of both rigs. Good luck with it...hella fun.

the prerunner is kinda tied on to the frame which will make moving parts of it pretty hard. So my drive train into the prerunner.

Sell of my 9" with detroit.

put a 14 bolt in.

Thanks for the reply. Was wonderin' how you would swap bodies with all
the engine bay bracing/shock hoops and all which appeared to be tied
in at the firewall. Should be very nice, Don. Luck with it.
